On this page
The web app is RadiusPilot itself, running in a browser on your computer. There’s nothing to install, and your account and workspaces stay in that browser. Open it from the Web app page.
Get started
Open it on a computer
Choose Open RadiusPilot on the Web app page. On a phone or a tablet, the page offers to send you the link for your PC instead.
Create your account
Type your email on the sign-in screen: a new address goes on to create your account, with your name and a password.
Set up your workspace
The first-run setup asks for your workspace’s name, your city and a plan, then you can run your first scan.
What runs in the browser
- Real scans and their scores, ScopeMap, Businesses and Analytics
- Sequences, offers, proposals and the email builder. Each email opens ready to send in your Gmail, Outlook or mail app: a browser can’t connect your mailbox
- Automations, while the tab is open
- RadiusPilot AI for emails, pitches, reports and proposals, with your plan’s credits
- AI Builder decks and reports. Websites and the website editor are coming soon, in beta
- Site speed, Email health, Site history, QR codes and Post maker, and Brand kit from a logo file
- CSV import and export, backups, and two-step verification
What needs the Windows app
A web page can’t read other websites or reach your mailbox, so these run only in the Windows app, a test version that hasn’t run on a real Windows computer yet:
- The website checks during a scan (HTTPS, mobile layout, booking and the rest), and the website audit’s read of a site
- Site technology and Published contacts
- Brand kit from a website’s own styles
- Sending from your own mailbox. See Connect your mailbox
- Your own AI account instead of RadiusPilot AI: Codex, ChatGPT or an OpenAI API key
- Workspaces saved as files on your computer
Scores in the browser come from each business’s public listing. The Windows app adds what it finds on their websites.
Where your data lives
Your account (your name, your email and a salted hash of your password, plus your authenticator key if you turn on two-step verification) and your workspaces are saved in this browser’s storage for radiuspilot.com, on this device. None of it goes to a RadiusPilot server. Settings › Data shows where it is and how much room it takes.
- Another browser, another browser profile or another computer starts empty: nothing syncs yet
- Clearing your browser’s data for radiuspilot.com deletes your account and your workspaces
- A forgotten password can’t be reset by email: the account lives only in this browser
- In a private window, everything may be lost when the window closes
Move to the Windows app
Download a backup
In the web app, open Settings › Data and choose Download backup, protected with a password you choose. You get one file per workspace: repeat it in each one.
Open the Windows app
Create your account there, then open the workspace to fill. See Install RadiusPilot on Windows.
Restore it
In Settings › Data, under Restore from a backup, choose the file, type its password, then Replace and restore. It replaces that workspace, and you can undo.
Backups never include passwords, your mailbox or AI keys. Use the same version of RadiusPilot on both sides: a backup from a newer version asks you to update the app first.
