Your RadiusPilot account lives on this website. Use it to get the app, follow your support tickets and manage your sign-in. The app keeps its own account, separate from this one: on your computer in the Windows app, in your browser in the web app.
Create your account
On the sign-in page, choose Create an account, then enter your email and a password: at least 10 characters, with letters and a number. No email is sent: your account is ready at once.
Next time, enter the same email and password and choose Sign in. If Continue with Google shows on the page, you can use your Google account instead.
Your account opens
You land on your account page. If two-step verification is on, type the code from your authenticator app first.
Keep it secure
Turn on Two-step verification in Settings. Scan the code with your authenticator app, or type its key by hand, then enter the 6-digit code it shows. From then on, signing in also asks for a code from the app, after your password.
Sign out other devices ends every session but the one you’re using. Use a password you don’t use anywhere else.
Profile and email
Change your name, your company and Product news by email in Settings. To change your email address, write to us from the contact form: changing it needs a confirmation email, which we can’t send to every inbox yet.
Support tickets
Choose New ticket in your account or on the Support page, pick a topic and say what happened. Our replies arrive in the same thread. Mark as solved when you’re done: replying opens it again. Never send a password in a ticket.
Your data
Export my data downloads everything stored about your account as one file, including your email and sign-in dates, your profile, your tickets and messages, and your account activity.
Delete my account removes your account, your profile, your tickets and their messages, and your account activity. Type DELETE to confirm. It needs a sign-in from the last 15 minutes (choose Sign in again, then sign in with your password), and a code from your app if two-step verification is on.
Deleting your website account doesn’t touch the app: its data stays on your computer, or in your browser for the web app. The privacy policy says what’s stored, where and for how long.
