RadiusPilot, in your browser

The same app, with nothing to install. Your account and your work stay in this browser, on your device.

RadiusPilot is made for a computer’s big screen. Send this page to your computer to open the web app.

What runs where

Most of RadiusPilot, in a tab

Scans, scores, drafts and five tools run in your browser. A web page can’t read other websites or reach your mailbox, so those stay in the Windows app.

The web app guide

In your browser

On any computer, with nothing to install.

Real scans
Every business in your radius, scored from its public listing.
ScopeMap, Businesses and Pipeline
The map, the ranked list and every lead from new to won.
Outreach and automations
Sequences, proposals and workflows. Emails open ready to send in your Gmail or Outlook.
RadiusPilot AI
Emails, pitches, reports and proposals, with nothing to connect, on your plan’s credits.
AI Builder and the website editor
Decks and reports. Websites and their editor are coming soon, in beta.
Five tools, and Brand kit from a logo
Site speed, Email health, Site history, QR codes and Post maker.
Backups, CSV and two-step
Import and export, back up a workspace, lock the sign-in.

In the Windows app only

It runs on your PC, so it can read websites and use your mailbox.

Website checks during scans
HTTPS, mobile layout and booking from each homepage, and the audit’s site read.
Site technology and Published contacts
Both read the business’s own website.
Brand kit from a website
Colours and fonts from a site’s own styles.
Sending from your mailbox
With the unsubscribe line, the daily limit and the opt-out list.
AI with your own account
Codex, ChatGPT or an API key, instead of RadiusPilot AI.
Files on your computer
One file per workspace, with the version before each save.

Your data

It stays in this browser

Your account and your workspaces are saved in this browser, on this device. None of it goes to a RadiusPilot server.

Security and data

Your account
Your name, your email and a salted hash of your password. With two-step on, your authenticator key too.
Your workspaces
Businesses, contacts, emails, sites and settings, in this browser’s storage on your device.
One browser, one device
Another browser or computer starts empty: nothing syncs yet. Clearing your browser’s data for radiuspilot.com deletes it all.

Moving to the Windows app

Download a backup
In the web app, open Settings › Data and choose Download backup. One file per workspace.
Open the Windows app
Create your account there, then open the workspace to fill.
Restore it
In Settings › Data, choose the file under Restore from a backup. It replaces that workspace, and you can undo.

Get started

Everything, on your PC

The Windows app adds website checks, your own mailbox and your own AI account. It’s a test version, not yet run on a real Windows PC. Bring your workspaces with a backup.
