Know the website before you call

A website audit, five checks and three makers, built into RadiusPilot. Included in every plan, with nothing to sign up for.

Check

Check a website

Five checks that turn a homepage into facts for the first call. The website audit runs four of them at once.

Site speed

Google’s speed, accessibility and SEO scores for any website, on a phone or a computer.

Google PageSpeed

  • Four Lighthouse scores
  • Lab timings, and real-visitor data when Google has it
  • Google’s list of fixes and a screenshot
  • About 15 to 40 seconds a check

Email health

The records that keep a domain’s email out of spam and stop others faking it.

Public DNS

  • MX: who handles the mail
  • SPF: the senders allowed, the lookups used
  • DKIM: 22 common selectors, unknown when not found
  • DMARC: the policy, with starter records to suggest

Try it here: the email check runs the same check in your browser.

Site technology

The builder, booking tool, analytics and plugins behind a homepage, and what’s out of date.

Reads the homepageWindows app

  • About 130 technologies, each with its clue
  • Old analytics, jQuery, PHP or WordPress
  • No HTTPS, no mobile viewport, an old copyright year
  • Header and cookie names only, never their values

Published contacts

The emails, phones, address, form and social links a business publishes on its own site, each with its page.

Reads the business’s siteWindows app

  • The homepage and up to five contact, team, about or legal pages
  • Role or personal-looking addresses, named only when the site names them
  • A page that refuses unsolicited messages blocks saving
  • Saves one role address of the site’s own domain, with its page

It never guesses addresses, never decodes the ones a site hides from robots and never searches other websites.

Site history

When the Internet Archive first saved a website, and when its homepage last changed.

Internet Archive

  • First and last saved copies
  • The last real change
  • Changes per year
  • A link to each year’s last copy

Make

Make something

Three makers for the leave-behind: a QR code, a brand kit, a social post.

QR codes

QR codes for a website, a phone, an email or Wi-Fi, in the business’s colours.

On your computer

  • Website, phone, email, Wi-Fi or text
  • Square, rounded or dot styles, with a logo
  • A warning when the contrast is too low
  • PNG or SVG; the Wi-Fi password is never saved

A business’s colours, readable text pairs and fonts, from its logo or its website.

On your computer

  • From a logo file, or the site’s own styles in the Windows app
  • Text and background pairs that pass WCAG contrast
  • The site’s fonts, or a pairing suggested for the business
  • CSS and design tokens (JSON); saved on the business, it colours its posts and QR codes

Post maker

Social posts filled from a business’s details and brand kit, sized for Instagram, Stories and Facebook.

On your computer

  • Announcement, offer, hours, event and tip layouts
  • Square, portrait, Story and wide sizes, saved as PNG
  • Fills in a business’s name, contact, hours and brand kit
  • Write it with AI, labelled AI-generated

Website audit

In Tools, or Run audit in a business’s profile: six checks on one website at once, graded from A to F.

  • Google’s speed test on a phone and on a computer, Email health, Site technology, Site history and a read of the site itself
  • A grade from A to F, with a score for each section: speed, SEO, security, mobile, email and more
  • Fixes and pitch lines built only from what was found
  • A whole scan in the background, two sites at a time
  • The read of the site and Site technology need the Windows app

Honest by design

Facts you can show a business

  • Public services, no sign-up

Google PageSpeed, public DNS and the Internet Archive. Without a key, speed checks share Google’s daily limit; your own PageSpeed key costs nothing.

  • Real businesses only

Demo businesses have invented websites, so they’re never checked.

  • Only what was found

Every pitch line comes from a check’s result, with its source.

Questions

About the tools

No. The website audit and the eight tools are part of every plan, Starter included, and the services they use need no account: Google PageSpeed, public DNS (Cloudflare, with Google as a backup) and the Internet Archive. Without a key, speed checks come from a daily limit Google shares among everyone, which often runs out. A PageSpeed key from your own Google account costs nothing and gives 25,000 checks a day.

Site technology, Published contacts, the Brand kit tool’s “From a website” and the audit’s read of the site itself all read another website’s pages. A web page isn’t allowed to read other sites, so the Windows app reads them from your computer, one site at a time, when you ask.

No. It reads one business’s own website at your request, the homepage and up to five of its contact, team, about or legal pages, and shows what that business publishes about reaching it, with the page each item is on. It never guesses addresses, never decodes addresses hidden from robots, never searches other websites and keeps no list of what it found.

No. Demo businesses have invented websites and phone numbers that may belong to someone else, so the checks only work on real businesses, from your scans or your own file, or on an address you type. A demo business’s audit is generated from its demo data, and nothing is checked.

No. It only reads the domain’s public DNS records: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. When a record is missing it suggests a starter record you can share with the business.
