A credit is the one unit for what costs RadiusPilot money each time it runs: Verify listing, RadiusPilot AI, scans past your plan’s and the RadiusPilot API. One balance covers the app and the API.

What uses credits

ActionWhat it coversCredits
Verify listingOne business, with its candidates1
RadiusPilot AI, short tasksAn email or message draft, a post, an automation step, an assistant answer1
RadiusPilot AI, pitches and page editsPitch lines or a pitch deck, a website page edit2
RadiusPilot AI, reports and proposalsA written audit or market report, a proposal3
RadiusPilot AI, a website draftThe website builder, in beta5
A scan past your plan’s scansOne real scan of an area, up to 500 businesses10
API: business searchOne area, up to 500 businesses, scored10
API: website checkOne site1

Bulk actions, such as Verify listings on many businesses, say how many credits they’ll use before they start.

What never uses credits

  • Scans within your plan
  • Imports, the map and scoring
  • CSV and PDF exports
  • The website audit and the tools
  • Website reads in the web app
  • AI on your own OpenAI account, billed by OpenAI
  • Ask RadiusPilot, on this website

What each plan includes

PlanCreditsMore credits
Starter25 to start, oncePay as you go: 100 for $29, 500 for $125, 2,000 for $440
Pro300, 600 or 1,200 a month, with 25, 50 or 100 scansTop-ups: 500 for $60, 2,000 for $200, 5,000 for $450
Agency1,000, 2,000 or 4,000 a month, with 100, 250 or 500 scansTop-ups: 500 for $60, 2,000 for $200, 5,000 for $450

Pay as you go costs $0.22 to $0.29 a credit, top-ups $0.09 to $0.12. Past about 400 credits a month, Pro costs less than paying as you go: a scan counts as 10, so Pro’s 25 scans and 300 credits are worth 550 credits, about $137 pay as you go, for $99.

How the balance works

  • Your plan’s credits renew on its renewal date. They don’t roll over
  • Credits you buy last 12 months
  • Your plan’s credits are spent first, then bought ones, oldest first
  • A failed action gives its credits back: a server error, no answer, or nothing found by Verify listing

When you run out

The action stops before it starts, with one message and its ways out: buy credits or upgrade your plan in Settings › Billing, or, for AI in the Windows app, connect your own AI in Settings › AI (Codex, ChatGPT or an OpenAI API key, billed by OpenAI, with no credits). Nothing is charged automatically, and nothing pops up in the background.

When the balance runs low, under a tenth of the month’s credits or under 10, Settings › Billing and the credits count say so.
