A sequence is a plan for one lead: emails, calls and tasks, each on a day after the start, up to day 90. Sequences live in a tab of Automations.

Start from a template

  • Cold intro: an intro email, a call three days later, a follow-up on day 7 and a polite break-up on day 14
  • Audit follow-up: an email, a call on day 2, a task on day 5 and an email on day 9
  • Re-engage cold leads: an email, a call on day 4 and a last email on day 10

How steps run

A due step waits for you in Today. You send the email or make the call. Nothing goes out on its own.

A reply ends the sequence for that lead, so nobody gets a follow-up after answering. That’s the Stop when they reply switch, on by default.

Calls

Call mode lines up the next people to call, with tap-to-call links. Keys 1 to 7 log how each call went. RadiusPilot doesn’t place or record calls.

Automations

An automation starts from a trigger, such as a finished scan, a reply or a schedule. Then it runs the steps you pick: find leads, run a website audit, write an email, wait for your approval, add a task. Start from a template, or describe it in a sentence.

Automations run while RadiusPilot is open. Approvals wait for you in Today.

A send step saves drafts unless you switch it to Send. Every email it sends still gets your unsubscribe line, and respects the opt-out list and the daily limit.
