How it works

When Gmail is integrated:

• Inbound emails appear instantly inside the RadiusPilot inbox with full message history.

• Thread syncing: RadiusPilot captures entire email threads, not just single messages.

• AI content analysis:

  • Detects intent (reporting, billing, growth, complaints, feedback).

  • Escalates urgent emails.

  • Adds automated tags (e.g., refund request, onboarding question).

• Email automations:

  • Auto-send acknowledgment messages

  • Schedule follow-ups

  • Route emails to teams

  • Trigger tasks or workflows

• Outbound emails:
  Send replies directly from RadiusPilot using your Gmail identity.

Configure

To connect Gmail:

1. Authenticate using Google OAuth (personal or Workspace account).

2. Choose which labels and inboxes should sync into RadiusPilot.

3. Setup rules for:

   • Auto-tagging

   • Auto-routing

   • AI scanning

   • Automated replies

4. Enable notifications (Slack, internal alerts, or RadiusPilot mobile).

5. Optional: Create templates for quick replies or follow-up sequences.
