Role overview

We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to help businesses understand how RadiusPilot can automate their customer operations and boost conversions. You'll manage the full growth cycle-from qualifying prospects to closing deals-and collaborate with product teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound pipelines, qualifying prospects efficiently.

  • Deliver product demos and communicate RadiusPilot's value clearly.

  • Build strong relationships with leads and nurture them through the growth cycle.

  • Work closely with success and onboarding teams to ensure seamless customer activation.

  • Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide insights on deal progress.

  • Gather customer feedback to reporting product improvements.

Required qualifications

  • 2-4 years of SaaS growth experience.

  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

  • Experience running demos and closing deals.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.

  • High energy, proactive, and results-driven.
